I've been pushing myself hard for the last couple weeks - not to mention the last couple of days.
Friday was dancing from 6-11pm. Saturday was dancing from 10:45am-1:00pm, then more dancing from 7-11pm.
Needless to say, I'm tired. So today will be a rest day (not a normal "rest" day where I continue to exhaust myself - but a real rest day). I'll finish off some chores and do some projects. I'll probably do about 40 minutes of aerobics - the stretching and toning will help me today - but that will be it for exercise. I may go for a short walk, depending on the weather, but nothing too hard.
But mostly indoor stuff today and relaxation.
